Yes. Bundling multiple eligible returns into one pickup is a core part of the service.
No. The retailer decides whether a return is accepted and when a refund is issued. The retailer sometimes will provide a gift card in leu of a credit card or cash refund. Some retailers will require an ID to be presented at the time of return (these returns will not be accepted or completed).

No, Milo does not offer packaging at this time.
